Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% late cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
This policy helps ensure that all clients have the opportunity to book the time they need and allows me to provide the best service possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
No-shows
If you miss your appointment without notice, the 50% fee for your scheduled service will still apply. Please reach out to reschedule. I'm happy to find a time that works for you!
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time so you can receive the full service booked. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate other clients. Please note that the full service fee still applies, as my time and expertise are valuable and appointments are scheduled individually, not by the hour.
Refund Policy
All service sales are final.
Due to the time, products, and expertise involved in each appointment, no refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
If you are ever unsatisfied with your results, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns and find an appropriate solution. While refunds are not provided, I may offer a courtesy touch-up or a discount on a future service at my discretion.
